I am a visual artist based in the Philadelphia region, working primarily in oil but also practiced in acrylic, ink, charcoal, collage, and mixed media. My work focuses on everyday environments and the quiet moments of light and shadow that shape them.
I'm drawn to places where people naturally gather and leave their imprint, and I often work from life through plein air painting as well as from photographic reference. My style appreciates impressionism and realism, depending on the subject, with a strong emphasis on atmosphere, memory, and emotion.
I studied Applied Environmental Studies with a minor in studio art at Tufts University, where I developed a foundation in both ecological thinking and visual storytelling. I am particularly interested in creating work for homes and small businesses that reflect Philadelphia’s layered character and lived-in beauty.
